1 medium | Apple (preferably Gala) |
2 spray (about 1/3 second) | Olive oil cooking spray |
1/8 tsp | Nutmeg, ground |
1/8 tsp | Cinnamon |
1 tsp | Coconut, shredded, unsweetened (optional) |
Take your apple, wash it, core it and then place it in a glass bowl. After you do this, add three sprays of cooking oil and then sprinkle on a little bit of spice – a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon. Optional to add coconut for extra sweetness and texture.
Then, microwave your apple for about three and a half minutes.
