1 avocado(s) Avocado (large)
2 cup Baby kale (Central Market Organics Baby Kale)
2 medium Banana (s) (divided use, 1 sliced for topping)
1 1/2 cup Soy milk, vanilla
1 cup Ice cubes
2 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit (peeled and sliced)
1 cup Pineapple (H-E-B Frozen Pineapple Chunks)
1 tbsp Chia seeds (H-E-B Organic Chia Seeds)
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
2 tbsp Honey

Instructions


  1. In a blender, combine avocado, kale, soy milk, one banana, ice, and frozen pineapple. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour equal amounts into two separate bowls.
  3. Top both smoothie bowls with kiwi and banana slices, chia and pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
