1/2 cup Kale (chopped)
1/2 cup Spinach
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 small Tomato (diced)

Instructions


1) Throw all ingredients together and toss in dressing of your choice, or one provided in your meal plan. 

2) top with avocado and/or mango for extra nutrition and delicious taste.
