|1 slice||Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel|
|1/2 cup||Coconut flakes (for coconut bacon)|
|1 cup||Lettuce, romaine|
|1 tsp||Maple syrup (for coconut bacon)|
|2 tbsp||Caesar salad dressing (or vegan caesar dressing)|
|2 tbsp||Soy sauce, tamari (for coconut bacon)|
|1 tbsp||Zen Budda Buttery Spread- Raw Foodz|
Wash and chop green kale and romaine lettuce into desired bit sizes.
Soak coconut flakes in tamari and maple.
Bake coconut at 350 degrees until crispy.
“Budda” the sprouted bread.
Toast of fry the budda/sprouted bread until crispy like croutons.
Coat kale with Sea-zar dressing to desired consistency.
Top with “bacon” and croutons.
