1/4 cup | Nutritional yeast |
1/4 tsp | Salt |
1. Preheat oven top 450°.
2. Rinse fresh kale.
3. Remove kale leaves from stem and tear, or cut into pieces.
4. Place kale pieces in a bowl and sprinkle with nutritional yeast and salt.
5. Toss kale to evenly coat pieces.
6. Spread out kale chips evenly onto baking pan.
7. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then flip leaves.
8. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until crisp with brown (but not burnt) edges.
9. Remove from oven and sprinkle with a little more nutritional yeast if desired.
