2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Canola oil
2 cup Grape tomatoes
4 cup Kale
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated, low fat
1/3 cup Red onion
1 dash Sweetener, sucralose, SPLENDA

Instructions


Dressing:
Combine oil, balsamic, splenda, salt and pepper into jar and shake vigorously.

Chop kale into thin ribbons, halve grape tomatoes, quarter figs (optional) and slice red onion thinly. Combine vegetables into large bowl and drizzle dressing over top and mix.

Sprinkle parmesan over the salad.
