Easy to throw together kale and spinach salad to compliment your day.
Ingredients

Kale
1/2 cup
Spinach
2 tbsp
Parsley, fresh
(chopped , about 1 cup)
1/4 cup chopped
Tomato
1 tbsp
Olives
(chopped)
1 tbsp hulled
Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/4 whole lemon(s)
Lemon juice
1/2 tbsp
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 pinch
Sea salt, fine
(to taste)
Instructions
To pack as a lunch, put the greens and seeds in a container and the tomatoes, lemon wedge in a separate container, and the olive oil in a small jar. Add all the ingredients and shake when ready to eat.
