1/2 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
2 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Kefir (plain)
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 cup slices Peach (frozen if desired)
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


  1. Add oats, chia, and cinnamon to the jar and combine.
  2. Pour in the kefir and stir well.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a small pan on the stove over medium heat. Add peaches and gently cook until they thaw (if frozen) and release some juice. Then add the honey to liquefy a little.
  4. Add the peaches and their juices to the jar, along with the vanilla. Combine well.
  5. Place a lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight. It’ll be ready to consume the moment you wake up.
