Keto Avocado Eggs with Bacon Sails

Sail into breakfast with this whimsical twist on eggs and bacon.


2 medium egg Egg (hard-boiled)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 medium slice Bacon
1 pinch Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Hard boil the eggs and let cool. Split the eggs (as you would for deviled eggs).
  3. Scoop out the yolk and mash with the avocado, oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Bake the bacon until crispy in the oven for 5–7 minutes or cook for about 10 minutes on med-high heat in a frying pan.
  5. Cut bacon into large triangles (sail-shaped).
  6. With a spoon, carefully add the mixture back into the egg and set the bacon sail! Enjoy!
