Ingredients
1 large head
Cauliflower
((Approximately 4 cups)))
1/2 cup
Hot sauce
2 tbsp
Butter, vegan
1 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl whisk together hot sauce, butter, olive oil, garlic powder and salt.
Add cauliflower to prepared baking sheet. Drizzle buffalo sauce mixture over cauliflower and gently toss until all florets are covered in sauce.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender.
