Keto Chocolate Avocado Mousse

1 avocado(s) Avocado (ripe & chilled)
1 scoop Whey protein powder, isolate, unflavoured
2 1/2 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1/3 cup Coconut milk, sweetened (full-fat)
1 packette Stevia sweetener, powder (to taste; optional; or xylitol)


  1. Chill ripe avocado for 1-2 hours prior. 
  2. Add avocado to your blender, along with cocoa and protein powder, followed by coconut milk.
  3. Add sweetener of choice (optional).
  4. Put the lid on and blend for 10 seconds then rest for 10 seconds in intervals until mousse reaches silky consistency.
  5. Transfer to bowls and add your favorite toppings! See "Notes" below.


Optional Toppings

  • Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Blueberries
  • Chopped nuts (try macadamia or Brazil nuts)
  • Fresh ginger, chopped or shaved
  • Lightly toasted coconut
