Keto Chocolate Avocado Mousse

1 avocado(s) Avocado (ripe & chilled)
1 scoop Protein Powder, Bulletproof Collagen (which should equal 3 tbsp)
2 1/2 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1/3 cup Coconut milk (full-fat)
1 packette Stevia sweetener, powder (to taste; optional; or xylitol)


  1. Chill ripe avocado for 1-2 hours prior. 
  2. Add avocado to your blender, along with chocolate and protein powders, followed by the coconut milk.
  3. Add sweetener of choice (optional).
  4. Put the lid on and blend for 10 seconds then rest for 10 seconds in intervals until mousse reaches silky consistency.
  5. Transfer to bowls and add your favorite toppings! See "Notes" below.
