4 medium egg Egg (pastured-raised)
4 medium egg Egg yolk (pastured-raised)
1 tsp Lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
100 gm Butter, grass fed, unsalted (melted; or ghee)
50 gm Cacao butter
60 gm MCT oil (or Bulletproof Brain Octane)
50 gm Coconut oil
50 gm Stevia sweetener, powder (or Bulletproof sweetener of choice)
50 ml Water, filtered
1/3 cup Cacao powder, raw
2 tsp Vanilla bean powder
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)


  1. Add all the ingredients (starting with 30 g of your chosen sweetener) into a high powered blender and blitz together for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding a little more if needed.
  3. Pour mixture into an ice-cream maker and churn for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy this incredibly nourishing and delicious ice-cream.
