These keto churro cheesecake bars are an easy no-bake dessert that tastes like authentic churros. They are perfect for parties too.

Ingredients


2 cup Almond flour
1/3 cup Swerve Sweetener, confectioners
6 tbsp Butter, unsalted (melted)
1 tsp Cinnamon
454 gm Cream cheese
1/3 cup Sour cream, 14% M.F.
2/3 cup Heavy whipping cream, 38% M.F.
2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 cup Swerve Sweetener, confectioners
1/2 cup Swerve Sweetener, granular
2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


  1. For the crust, whisk together almond flour, cinnamon and powdered sugar.
  2. Add melted butter and mix well until you have a crumbly texture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined pan. Press down firmly to create a crust. Place in the freezer, while you prepare the cheesecake layer.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  5. Add sour cream, vanilla and heavy cream. Mix until you have a creamy, smooth texture.
  6. Pour cheesecake layer on top of crust layer.
  7. Top with desired amount of the cinnamon-sugar topping. *I pressed down lightly to get more of the topping to stick to the cheesecake layer.
  8. Return the pan to the freezer to set. Approximately 2 hours.
