5 tbsp Mayonnaise, with avocado oil (or use olive oil mayo)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Celery seed
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 bag (16oz) Coleslaw mix (You can also use broccoli slaw as part of this mix to add nutrient density and variety)

Instructions


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, celery seeds, salt and pepper together until fully combined. Add the coleslaw mix. Toss well to coat. Serve cold.
