Cookie Dough Baked Oats are a healthy high protein breakfast that tastes like a homemade chocolate chip cookie, straight from the oven!

Hemp Seeds, hulled

Flaxseed meal (ground)

3 tbsp

Water
(to make a flax egg)

1/2 tsp

Baking powder

1 tbsp

Truvia, calorie-free sweetener
(brown substitute)

Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla

1 tbsp

Almond butter

1/3 cup

Almond milk, unsweetened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease small oven safe dish.
- Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) and blend till combined.
- Pour into the greased oven safe dish, add in the chocolate chips and mix around. Then add more to top of batter.
- you Can Microwave for 3 minutes or Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with plant milk of choice (I used almond milk). Inhale!
