Cookie Dough Baked Oats are a healthy high protein breakfast that tastes like a homemade chocolate chip cookie, straight from the oven!

Ingredients


2 tbsp Hemp Seeds, hulled
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
3 tbsp Water (to make a flax egg)
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Truvia, calorie-free sweetener (brown substitute)
1 scoop Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla
1 tbsp Almond butter
1/3 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
29 gm dark chocolate chips sugar free

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease small oven safe dish.
  2. Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) and blend till combined.
  3. Pour into the greased oven safe dish, add in the chocolate chips and mix around. Then add more to top of batter.
  4. you Can Microwave for 3 minutes or Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with plant milk of choice (I used almond milk). Inhale!
