227 gm Cream cheese ((room temperature))
4 tbsp Butter, unsalted (room temperature))
1/2 cup Stevia sweetener, powder (or more)
2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


  1. Add the softened cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl and cream together using a hand mixer.
  2. Beat for about 2-3 minutes or until fluffy. Try not to over mix.
  3. Incorporate the sweetener and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix well until you get a creamy and fluffy frosting. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before piping!
  5. Use this frosting to decorate cooled cakes or cupcakes as desired.
