114 gm | Allulose (about 1/2 cup) |
1/2 block | Cream cheese |

2 cup | Heavy cream, 38% M.F. |
1/2 cup | Swerve Sweetener, confectioners |
1. Cook Allulose on stove top till melted and turned golden brown, Be careful not to overcook.
2. Once browned, transfer to baking dish and make sure it coats the whole bottom of the dish
3. In a bowl, place softened butter and Powdered sweetener and mix together.
4. Then add all your eggs one at a time, missing in between.
5. Last add the Heavy cream and blend with the rest of the mixture till completely smooth, no bumps
6. Add your mixture to the baking dish and bake for 70 minutes at 350 degrees. Make sure to put your dish inside a bigger dish and add water to the bigger dish so that the heat from the water cooks the dish evenly.
7. Once fully baked, let it cool for 10 minutes and then refrigerate overnight.
8. Should be good to slice and serve the next day, it should be a custody consistency, yum!
