Ingredients


1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber
3 tbsp Lemon juice
2 cup Baby spinach (organic; lightly steamed)
1/2 cup Coconut cream (or coconut milk)
1 tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil
1 scoop Protein Powder, Bulletproof Collagen
1 scoop Protein Powder, Bulletproof Whey
1 packette Stevia sweetener, powder (to taste; or xylitol)
1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions


1. Add avocado, cucumber, lemon juice, spinach, coconut cream, Bulletproof brain octane oil, Bulletproof collagen, Bulletproof whey, stevia and ice to a high-powered blender and blend until evenly combined, smooth and creamy.

 

2. Depending on how thick you like your smoothie, you can add in extra water and re-blend it until you reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust the flavors if needed. 

 

3. Pour into glasses and top with your chosen toppings (see notes).
