1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber
3 tbsp Lemon juice
2 cup Baby spinach (lightly steamed)
1/2 cup Coconut cream (or coconut milk)
1 tbsp MCT oil
1 tbsp Collagen peptides
1 tbsp Whey protein powder, unflavoured
1 packette Stevia sweetener, powder (to taste; or xylitol)
1 cup Ice cubes


  1. Add avocado, cucumber, lemon juice, spinach, coconut cream, MCT oil, collagen, whey protein, stevia, and ice to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste and adjust the flavors if needed. Thin out with extra water if desired.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with your chosen toppings (see notes).

  • Fresh organic raspberries or blueberries
  • Nut or seed butter
  • Shredded coconut
  • 1-inch fresh grated ginger root
