1/3 cup Pineapple (chopped)
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber
10 gm Ginger root (Thumb size)
1 fruit Lime (peeled)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
3 cup Water (filtered)
1 tbsp Coconut oil (spoonful of; or coconut butter)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (ground)

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients into a high power blender and blend until fully combined.
  2. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate and enjoy within 12-24 hours.
