Ingredients


3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
29 gm Two Good Vanilla Yogurt (Plain Greek; ((or coconut yogurt or coconut cream)))
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (no sugar added; ((or almond butter)))
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw (raw; (or unsweetened cocoa powder))
3 tbsp Collagen peptides
5 cube(s) Ice cubes
1 pinch Sea Salt (((if not in your peanut butter)))
2 tbsp Truvia, calorie-free sweetener (optional: sugar-free; to taste)

Instructions


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz for 1 minute until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness to suit. Option to drizzle the glass with melted 90% dark chocolate for decoration.
