Warm up with this sweet porridge and top with your favorite toppings
Ingredients
2 cup
Almond milk, unsweetened
(or other plant based milk)
1/3 tbsp
Xantham Gum
((that's 1 tsp))

Allulose
(2 tbsp)
1/2 tbsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 cup
Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
1/2 cup
Hemp Seeds, hulled
Instructions
Heat almond milk with sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon in a small pot on the stovetop.
Then add the xantham gum, mix thoroughly and allow the the mixture to slightly thicken.
Once it starts bubbling, reduce heat
Add the almond flour and hemp seeds and continually mix with spatula till it becalmed the thickness you like.
Once it’s reached the preferred thickness remove from heat.
Pour half into a bowl. if it’s too thick add some almond milk to thin it out. If it’s too watery, you could add a little bit more of the xantham gum. But you shouldn’t need to if you followed steps right and waited for it to thicken on the stove top.
Then lastly add your favorite toppings. I’ve listed some toppings That I’ve used but feel free to add some others you may like
