1 cup Mayonnaise
1 dash Salt and pepper
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh (chopped)

Instructions


  1. 1 Peel kohlrabi. Be sure to cut away any tough, woody parts. Shave, slice, and/or shred it finely.
  2. 2 Salt and pepper and stir in the mayonnaise and optional fresh herbs.
