Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker (except for the spinach) and stir.
- Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
- Mix in the spinach right before serving, allowing the heat to wilt it.
If you don't have a slow cooker:
- Add all the ingredients to a large pot (except the spinach) with 1 cup water.
- Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer and cook with the lid on for 2-3 hours (the longer you cook it the more tender the meat will be).
- Mix in the spinach right before serving, allowing the heat to wilt it.
