These keto mashed potatoes are so creamy and fluffy
Ingredients
3 large
Rutabaga, Swedish turnip, raw
(peels removed)
1/4 cup
Butter, unsalted
(melted)
1/3 cup
Sour cream, 14% M.F.
1/2 tsp
Salt
(to taste)
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
1 tbsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tbsp
Onion powder
Instructions
Chop your rutabaga into bite sized pieces.
Add the rutabaga into a pot of salted water. Bring it to a boil and cook it until tender.
Drain the rutabaga and using a hand mixer or potato masher, mash until perfectly smooth. Add the melted butter. Slowly add the warmed sour cream until thick and creamy. Blend in seasonings
