Ingredients


1 cup Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (or keto yogurt)
1 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
2 tsp (level) Psyllium seed husk
3 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
4 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
114 gm Soy protein powder, vanilla, Presidents Choice (any protein powder you prefer)
2 tbsp Almond butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
43 gm Allulose (this equals to 3 tbsp)
2 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tsp Cinnamon
29 gm dark chocolate chips sugar free (1-2 tbsp your preference)
8 serving(s) Keto Cookie Dough (use 2 balls per jar)

Keto Cookie Dough

1 1/3 tbsp Butter, unsalted (softened)
2/3 tbsp Almond milk, unsweetened
2/3 tbsp Almond butter
15 gm Sugar Free Maple Syrup (I use choc zero maple syrup)
1/2 cup Almond flour (finely ground)
2 2/3 tbsp Whey protein powder, vanilla
38 gm dark chocolate chips sugar free

Instructions


combine all ingredients, but add all the seeds last (chia, Psyllium, and Flax) 

Once all combined, let it sit and thicken

Then add to your Mason jars or containers for individual servings, Mix in small pieces of cookie dough and extra chocolate chips.

Best when sits in fridge overnight but can eat right away.

Instructions for "Keto Cookie Dough"

  1. Mix softened butter, almond milk, almond butter, and sugar-free maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in the almond flour and protein powder just until the ingredients are combined.
  3. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. Once chilled, roll the dough into teaspoon size balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes:

if you dont want to do low carb you can sub the hemp seeds for steel cut oats
