1/4 cup Coconut flour
1/4 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 cup Monk Fruit in The Raw Natural Sweetener
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 large Egg
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Blueberries (opt)

Instructions


Blend all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl and blend with fork.

Add eggs and water.  Mix well.

Batter makes 6 pancakes.

Cook in skillet with stove on medium heat.
