make yeast mixture with the honey and warm water, set aside
add all dry ingredients in a separate bowl
once yeast mixture is foamy and bubbles add to dry ingredients, followed by egg and butter
make into a dough ball.
you can freeze in a ziplock bag for later use or let it use for an hour and use same day
