29 gm Butter, unsalted
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Instant coffee, regular, powder (1-2 tsp)
1 cup Water (boiling)


  1. 1 Place butter, spices and instant coffee in a deep bowl to use with an immersion blender. Alternatively, you can put the ingredients directly into the jar of a blender.
  2. 2 Add boiling water and blend for 20–30 seconds until a fine foam has formed.
  3. 3 Pour into a cup and sprinkle some cinnamon or pumpkin spice on top. Serve immediately!
  4. 4 It's even more delicious with a dollop of whipped heavy cream on top.
