Keto turmeric milkshake is perfect both hot and cold. The perfect healthy drink.
Ingredients
1/2 cup
Almond milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp
Coconut oil
3/4 tsp
Turmeric, powder
((or 3 inch peeled turmeric root))
1/2 tsp
Ginger, ground
(or 1/2 inch peeled; root)
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon
(ground)
1/4 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
1 scoop
Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla
29 gm
Allulose
1 pinch
Himalayan salt
2 cup
Ice cubes
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender. If your blender is not high powered enough, grate or mince the turmeric and ginger roots before adding to the blender, or use powdered turmeric and ginger instead.
Blend on HIGH for 30 seconds, or until thick and golden.
Pour the kero turmeric milkshake into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon and turmeric.
