3 tbsp Coconut flour (20g)
2 scoop Fermented protein powder, vanilla
1/4 tbsp Xantham Gum
2 tbsp Truvia, calorie-free sweetener (or more if you like sweet)
2 tbsp Water (hot)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tbsp (level) Psyllium seed husk
2 tbsp Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
1/2 tsp Baking powder

Instructions


Combine dry ingredients first, then add hot water. combine well till you have clumps add your sweetener, vanilla, and yogurt. Form a ball and divid into 2 pancakes, cook on stove top.
