Ingredients


1 cup Butter, vegan ((2 sticks) (Myokos brand is best))
4 cup Swerve Sweetener, confectioners (powdered; sifted)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 dash Salt
2 tbsp Coconut milk, sweetened (2-4 tbsp; only if needed)

Instructions


  1. Chop the vegan butter into cubes and add to a large bowl.
  2. Using a handheld electric mixer or stand mixer, beat the butter until creamy. Add vanilla extract and salt to the bowl. Beat together until combined.
  3. Add 2 cups sifted powdered sugar to the bowl. Beat together until evenly combined. Then, add the remaining powdered sugar and beat together again. If needed, add splashes of non-dairy milk to thin the frosting.
  4. Spread frosting on cake, cupcakes, or any dessert of your choice. Enjoy!
