Ingredients


2 avocado(s) Avocado (pitted and peeled)
2 medium Banana (chopped)
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/2 cup Lime juice (fresh)
1/3 cup Maple syrup, pure
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon peel (zest)
1 whole lime(s) Lime peel (zest)
1 pinch Sea salt

Instructions


1. Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until well combined. Adjust your sweetener to taste.

2. Divide the pudding among four serving glasses, and chill in the fridge for about 3 hours to thicken. Serve the same day, chilled, to avoid oxidation.
