|1/4 cup||Chia seeds|
|1 tbsp||Coconut sugar|
|1/2 tsp||Vanilla extract, pure|
|1 dash||Cinnamon (optional)|
|1 tbsp||Cocoa powder, unsweetened|
Place coconut milk, chia seeds and sugar in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and let sit in the fridge for an hour or two - until chilled and set.
