1 tbsp Kimchi
1 tbsp kimchi seasoning, Ajishima Foods Co.
2 tsp Hot Pepper Bean Paste/Gochujang
1/2 tsp Garlic (minced)
3 tbsp Rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp Canola oil
1 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
3/4 tsp Fish sauce
1/4 tsp Granulated sugar (to taste)
1 stalk(s) Green onion, scallion, ramp (finely chopped)
1 tsp Cilantro (coriander) (minced)

Instructions


Put kimchi, kimchi seasoning, chili paste, garlic, vinegar, canola oil, sesame oil and fish sauce in blender.

Blend until smooth. Add sugar, as needed. Mix in green onion and cilantro.
