1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 medium Carrots (greted)
1/2 medium Cucumber, peeled (sliced)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (diced)
1/4 cup Bean sprouts
114 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled (or fish or turkey)

Instructions


In a bowl, toss everything together then add the dressing just before serving. Make more for dinner or next days lunch.
