1 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit (peeled & sliced)
1 tbsp Walnuts (or sliced almonds)
1 tbsp Honey

Instructions


  1. Mix water, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, & chia seeds with yogurt.
  2. Top with fruit and walnuts.
  3. Drizzle with honey.
