1. Place cornstarch in large bowl, gradually whisk in water until smooth. Whisk in eggs. Toss in steak to coat
2. Pour oil in Wok 1-inch deep. heat on high. place 1/4 of the beef into the oil. cook until brown on both sides (about 3 min)
3.Drain off all but 1tbsp of oil. Stir in carrots, peppers, ginger, garlic until brown (about 3 min)
4. Whisk in sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, onions, chili flakes, green onion. Poor over all other veggies in WOK
5. Add beef back into WOK and stir with all ingredients. Heat about 3 min
