1/3 cup | Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret (or reduced sodium soy sauce) |
1 bag (16oz) | Coleslaw mix |
1/2 tsp | Honey, raw |
1/2 tsp | Red pepper flakes |
1 tbsp minced | Ginger root |
4 green onion (stem) | Green onion (sliced, for garnish) |
Melt the Ghee in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
Add onions and cook until translucent about 2 - 3 minutes.
Add garlic and stir until fragrant about 30 - 40 seconds.
Add the ground pork and a huge pinch of salt, brown the pork, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until cooked through about 10 to 15 minutes.
Add the coconut aminos, honey, coleslaw, red pepper flakes and ginger, taste your food and season with salt if needed, and cook until the liquid has reduced about 6 - 8 minutes.
Serve in bowls and garnish with sliced green onion.
