3 green onion (stem) Green onion, scallion, ramp
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
1 tsp Salt

Instructions


Form into patties. Grill OR pan-fry in some coconut oil OR bake in oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes.

 

Tip: brown them first in a pan then finish in the oven for extra juicy patties
