Chicken broth (stock), low sodium
(Add more broth if you need more)

Leek
(white and green parts)

Olive oil
(for cooking vegetables)

Partly skimmed milk, 1% M.F.
(Optional)

Yellow onion
Instructions
1. Add olive oil to saute pan and heat at medium high 2. Saute onions for 5 minutes (medium high) 3. Add other vegetables - saute for another 10 minutes (medium high) 4. Add stock and milk and let simmer for another 20 minutes (medium heat)
