1/2 cup Brown rice, medium-grain, cooked
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or choice of nut milk)
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)


In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the pumpkin seeds and heat on medium for several minutes.

Once warmed through, transfer to a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds.

Serve and enjoy!
