1 can (15oz) Artichoke hearts, canned (or frozen, not marinated, chopped)
2 cup Water
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Oregano, fresh (or 1 tsp dried)


Place artichokes and water in a pan and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and cook another 5 minutes.
