1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (or coconut oil)
1/2 tsp Hot pepper (chili) flakes (optional)
1 bunch Rapini, broccoli raab, raw (stems trimmed)
2 clove(s) Garlic (sliced)
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon peel (zest)
1 pinch Sea salt (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions


Heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute garlic and chilis for 30 seconds then add rapini. Add zest and juice and saute for about 4 to 6 minutes, until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
