Ingredients

Chicken thighs, with skin
1 medium
Lemon
1 bulb
Garlic
1 tsp
Celtic sea salt
(sprinkle to taste if not enough)
4 medium potato
Sweet potato
(chop into bit sized chunks)
6 tbsp
Avocado oil
1 tsp
Black pepper
Instructions
Place thighs on pan and sprinkle sweet potato around them. Place garlic bulb with top sliced off in the middle . Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle avocado oil over everything. Place in oven 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until skin on chicken is golden and crispy.
