1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp Dill, fresh (chopped)
1 clove(s) Garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp Wheat germ, crude


1. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, dill, garlic and wheat germ in a bowl until thoroughly combined.

2. Refrigerate until ready to use - use to marinate chicken or fish, or use as a dip with your favorite veggies!
