Instructions
Mince the garlic and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients and add garlic last.
Pour the marinade over chicken or fish allowing it to sit for 30 minutes for fish and 2-24 hours for chicken.

This is a family favourite marinade we use on chicken and salmon!
