3 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
2 tbsp White wine, dry (or water)
3 tbsp Parsley, fresh (Freshly chopped; for garnish)
