1 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (chopped or sliced))

  1. Heat water like you normally would for tea
  2. Put lemon slices and ginger into hot water, let steep for 5 mins. It is important that the water is at least room temperature when you are ready to consume
  3. Enjoy!
