Ingredients


1/2 medium Lemon (sliced)
1 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (chopped or sliced))
171 gm Water

Instructions


  1. Heat water like you normally would for tea
  2. Put lemon slices and ginger into hot water, let steep for 5 mins. It is important that the water is at least room temperature when you are ready to consume
  3. Enjoy!

Not a morning person?

Prepare this just before bed, and drink it at room temperature the following morning.
