2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
454 gm Green/yellow string beans, raw (stems removed)
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon peel (zest)
1 tsp, ground Basil, dried (or 1 tbsp fresh)
1 tsp Sea salt


In a skillet, heat coconut oil to medium-high heat.

Add garlic an saute briefly. Add green beans, lemon juice and zest and 1 to 2 Tbsp water and saute/steam over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add more water or oil if needed.

Stir in salt and basil.
