1 cup | Almond butter (or natural nut butter) |

2 tbsp | Honey, raw |
2/3 cup | Fermented protein powder, vanilla |
1 medium | Lemon (zest and juice) |
1 tbsp | Poppy seeds |
1/4 cup | Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) |
1/4 cup | Sunflower seeds |
1/4 cup | Coconut flakes, unsweetened |
Set the seeds and coconut aside. Blend all the rest of the ingredients together in a high powered blender or mix master until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a parchment paper lined loaf pan (4.5x9) Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Makes 2 loaves. Enjoy!
