Ingredients


1 cup Almond butter (or natural nut butter)
4 medium Egg
2 Banana (s) (Ripe)
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Honey, raw
2/3 cup Fermented protein powder, vanilla
1 medium Lemon (zest and juice)
1 tbsp Poppy seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened

Instructions


Set the seeds and coconut aside.  Blend all the rest of the  ingredients together in a high powered blender or mix master until smooth.  Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the remaining ingredients.  Pour into a parchment paper lined loaf pan (4.5x9) Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.  Makes 2 loaves.  Enjoy!
